You will probably have to have it made up by a local joinery workshop from a standard piece of skirting.

that looks like a straight bit of timber cut into a curve, stringer wise, and a bit of quadrant moulding added for detail.
You may be able to make it by getting a bit of the correct size and steaming it till bendy, then allow to cool in the correct arc.
even soaking might do it.
