It does mean though I've got to buy a lotto ticket for those numbers now just in case!! Imagine if they came up and I'd not got a ticket. Winning means at least I'd call in a pro.
You don't necessarily need to call an electrician, but you do need to act without delay. If i touch the kettle with a wet hand, or a cut finger, i get a bit of a shock - nothing major, but bloody annoying. any clues on how to trace it. it happens with barefeet touching a nail that holds the wooden floor to the concrete subfloor.
the diswasher and kettle are not in the same socket.
Noticed sunday an earthing lead hanging loose beneath the kitchen cupboards.
A very mild current running through the cold water tap also not uncommon.
OK, but only if you promise to adopt George V's philosophy, and nothing else.a weekend in bognor with BAS!
Your dishwasher and kettle are not earthed, and (luckily) the bonding to the sink is inadequate. I would first find out why the appliances are not earthed, and fix it, then address the bonding problem.
Waiting for help here serves only to delay you in getting a professional Electrician (or 17th edition scumbag, according to eniacs) in to sort it out.
If it were your Dad doing this and although a smart cookie
No - it's to do with (allegedly) the action he wished to be done to Bognor.OK, but only if you promise to adopt George V's philosophy, and nothing else.a weekend in bognor with BAS!
If that is some kind of euphemism for 'being mum' i'll decline your offer, ta.
Yep, but if they did come up you could spend some time with these guys in Bognor and learn a bit of fault finding! It does mean though I've got to buy a lotto ticket for those numbers now just in case!! Imagine if they came up and I'd not got a ticket. Winning means at least I'd call in a pro.
