The right thing is to change it to something smaller, what fuses do you have in the outbuilding? If they are say a 30A & 6A then again I wouldn't panic.

It doesn't really matter, does it?

It is likely only there because of the daft three metre rule.

Unless it is replaced with one considerably less than the main 60A (do we know that for certain?) then it won't actually be of any benefit anyway.

It's semi likely anything bigger than 60A won't fit in the 60A carrier.
As to whether it's worth changing the 100A depends on the rating of the fuses in the outbuilding and the size of the SWA, it looks 3x10mm² ish to me, so realistically it may be of little use unless reduced to say 30A.
