Hi all,
I'm making a lean to down the side of my house. I have a small section of stepped flashing required (around 1.5m length). Although the use of this structure is storage/shed, I'm doing the roof in the same tiles as the house to stay in keeping. The tiles are Marley Ashmore Interlocking Concrete tiles.
I've read that you shouldn't have lead soakers under interlocking tiles.
Marley do make their own "Marley Ashmore Dry Fix Soakers" which are expensive and come in packs much bigger than I need.
Presumably Aluminium Soakers are a "no no" for the same reasons as the Lead. Do the pros use these specific soakers made by Marley, not bother, or do something else? Any advice appreciated.
Cheers
Jon
