Softus Is he infallible?

After reading the ongoing debate on prisons the following thoughts crossed my mind.

Has anybody on this forum ever succeeded in changing the opinion of Softus on any matter in a discussion.

Furthermore has he ever admitted that he has got something completely wrong and then given an apology.

I was brought up to believe there was only one person on this planet who was infallible.

No Softus this is about you, not for you.
Anybody elses opinion would be welcome.

Eh, Why take it out on a dumb animal, what had the poor ass ever done to you.

Don't tell him this but I have a sneaking admiration for him,( Softus that is, not Joe-90 )even though he doesn't know much about rising damp, and at times he can really p*** me off when he goes off on his rambles.

How on earth was the thread distasteful, if you read it you will see that I defended Softus from certain remarks, not that he needs my help in that regard.
If you think that was distasteful, may I respectfully suggest that you get out more.

Hello,
Although sometimes I find Softus a bit harsh or patronising, I believe that he is a very clever person and I admire his knowledge. He has never been offensive to me although I am a 'light user' . I find his posts informative and know the guy has a mean sense of humour. He is NOT the only person on here that can be this way. Let's just crack on helping each other learn the stuff thats here. Jeepers if we wanted aggro we could go out !!!
