Not really, wrong place, wrong time, certainly is more common in London, but generally if you're looking for it you'll get it.

You are preaching to the converted about looking for positives. I was also there just before the riots and also last week. A lot of money was pumped into St Pauls after the riots and things did seem to improve. However, the area seems to be going backwards again.
