Solicitor Struck Off

A solicitor who used 17K of clients money to prop up his own bank accounts has been struck off.

So it would seem that they are not always protected. The guy in question pleaded for them to give him a suspension, but they didn't listen.

I am willing to bet there are plenty who have and subsequently haven't ...That is Used the dosh then been struck off ...
There is more to this case ... allegedly !!
