You can imagine the team saying how can we encourage people to move over to DD. We cant lie, so lets report them to Experian to create the message we want to pass on to help business. Not a lie but a far more cynical deception IMO.

I have just come off the phone cancelling my van insurance as its being collected later.
The policy was with Howdens Insurance (were A Plan) who have all their staff in the UK. They have been excellent

They can be quite amusing. The older ones are often quite fat with large stomachs, dress in a uniform of khaki shirt and shorts, socks and sandals, usually bearded, and drive ageing Mercs. They mainly exist on steak, biltong, steak, boerwors, steak, Castle lager and steak. But they are masters of the bbq (brai). Eugene Terrablanche was their hero.
