Hi
I have just moved into a new (old) house and have noticed a spured socket which is used for the dishwasher has another spur running from it. This further spur supplied what used to be a small fridge under the kitchen island. I understand that you shouldn't do this but I dont understand why, is this really a big deal? I ask because I want to remove the spur which was feeding the fridge and replace it with a spur which will be routed outside to an IP56 RCD protected socket for my spa. The only other alternative I really have (to avoid chasing out plaster and removing tiles) is to install a juncton box under the floorboards upstairs and run the cable down the side of the house to the IP56 socket something I didn't really want to do, I dont like lots of cables!!
Any help on this appreciated
Thanks
