Spare brackets for Everest conservatory guttering

The snow has proved too much for the guttering on my Everest conservatory yet again so I thought I'd try buying some additional brackets than have Everest come back again.

Does anyone know where I can buy spare brackets for Everest product? - the guttering isn't round in profile, more like a miss-shapen rectangle (very miss-shapen right now under a couple of feet of snow.

I'll try to take a photo of one later for reference (not easy to find - white plastic in snow).
