Please help. I have a problem with a roof that has been installed in 2006. I had condensation (mold) in ceiling of all three rooms for 12 years then Installed roof vents. The mold disappeared from all the rooms and sometime 6 years ago this started but it was small at the beginning. However it is getting bigger every year. So is this rain water leaking from the roof or a condensation?

The second house, from the left, has had it's roof replaced, with a tile layout which doesn't match the rest of the rooves, hence the cap along the party wall. That cap covering the join, might be the cause...

Is that your house, with the odd tiles, or your neighbours?

The house showing the cameras is mine. Yes, it is mine. The thing that confuses me is that the wall does not become wet when it rains and on the other side of the wall ( I mean the neighbours house), they don't have this problem. So is this condensation or water leak? Thank you

Is the party wall a single wall, or is there a cavity between you and your neighbour. If the latter, it's feasible for a leak to just affect your side of the partition.

If it were condensation, then I would expect more evidence of mould growth on the surface, as a first indicator, but I see none. Can you check things out in the loft, above that area?

That sounds confused - Just to be clear, are you saying the house with the roof which has been replaced, is your house?
