Isn't this a part of the UK's return to Victorian/Edwardian morals?

Much of what we did in the '70's would would be looked at with amazement rtoday.

I don't think it's the staring that is the problem, it's when its accompanied with "come on luv, get yer tits out for the lads!!" that it becomes a problem.

Here is a case of someone jailed for staring (the headline) but in fact it was sec 4 public order, which is something much more.
