My boys have got these headphones for their 360 but are having sound problems. They can hear the game and others talking, others can hear them talking but both headsets are not hearing their friends talking. I have checked settings in the preferences /voices to ensure that it is set for Play Through Headset which it is. Also checked xbox settings for party settings. Now at a loss at what else to do. Any help great fully received.
