As I said earlier, its fundamental to any extension application and I can't see how that can happen as it can make the difference between whether the scheme is a possible or not so its one of the first things to be ascertained.he seemed to have completely overlooked it.

Sorry to drag this thread up again.
We just got planing permission on the submitted plan. Before we start getting builders involved with cost. Is t possible for me to use the plan to get a materials cost. While no where close to full cost of the project, it could help us decide if it's a worthy projects to consider or just simply sell and get a place big enough for our needs and not deal with all the joys of building delays and increasing costs and sleepless nights
Is there somewhere I can go to get all materials cost and how much would I be looking to pay for such service?
