The SMTP (outgoing mail server) server name you need will depend upon your mail provider. They tend to follow the pattern of mail.mailprovider.domaintype or smtp.mailprovider.domaintype. For example, if using BTInternet, the SMTP server is mail.btinternet.com; UKOnline is smtp.ukonline.co.uk.
Not used Netscape, so unable to help with the details, but basically, you need to identify your SMTP servername (from the help section of your mail providers web site) and then enter it into the appropriate setup screen. Are you able to receive email? The incoming (POP) server name may be different (pop or pop3.mailprovider.domaintype)
