Hi - We are trying to turn a stopcock off, but it will only shut off 95%. as we're having work done in the bathroom this is a problem as it won't cut the water off 100%.

How do we turn the stopcck off 100%?

Also any ideas how we find the stopcock inside our house ???

Just add a new one. You can either freeze the pipe first, or snatch it.

Also any ideas how we find the stopcock inside our house ???

Erm, identify a pipe that mains water comes out of, and follow it back until it disappears into the ground.
