Strange leaking toilet

I just bought a wall hung toilet from bath store and have exactly the same issue. Here is a small drainage hole at the front and after a few flushes a small amount of water starts leaking. We wasted hours checking there was no leak from the I let pipe which there is not. It appears water is escaping from inside the bowl cavity during a flush and coming out of this drain hole.

It must be a manufacturing fault. I called bathstore who weren’t much help at all but have asked me to send pictures to the technical people. I’m going to just request a swap out.

Sounds like mine from Better Bathrooms but I can't find a hole or leak. There is just occasional water on the floor.

I’ve had the same problem before with a back to wall pan from Victoria plumb that a customer supplied. I was getting leakage from the pan when installed resulting in a puddle on the floor after a few flushes.

I spent the best part of 4 hours taking the pan out, checking the waste, checking the flush pipe over and over again, eventually took it outside and had it raised up and noticed water seeping out of a hairline crack in the porcelain up underneath the bowl. A quick phone call and couple of pics sent and they had a new pan delivered in 2 days. They didn’t want the old one back as obviously it was goosed, and the lovely customer also reimbursed me for my time, as she could see how frustrated I was!
