Assuming that it isn't, I would be looking at the ceiling paint, it has really bad reviews on the B&Q website.
I once made the mistake of using a tin of Dulux that had gone a bit smelly in a WC. The smell was amplified on humid days. In the end I had to paint over it with waterbased Dulux Trade eggshell.
