Struggling with an Ideal Response 120

Sorry maybe i wasnt totally clear as i reposted this from another post.

The DHW was coming on and staying hot for 30 secs and then going cold. So i swapped the DHW sensor with CH sensor which is screwed up into the heat exchanger. Both were reading 10 K Ohms but i swapped them anyway.

It was when i was removing the CH sensor that i had all the water pour out of the bottom of the HE.

Surely that was just the residual litre or so in the HE ?

Yeah a litre or so would have been right.

So this is to be expected? I was panicking a bit as it was coming out and down in and around electrical bits and pieces. Had a towel down (the owners!!! Bring my own in future!!) and then dried all electrical fittings afterwards with a hairdryer.

Thought that once you drained a boiler down it drained everything including the HE.

Jesus Tony you are never going to believe this mate,

Just had the customer back on to say the boiler still isnt working right.

When you turn the heating on it doesnt light first time but will light after about 15 mins.

If you turn on the DHW only it will not light at all.

The only way to get DHW is when the heating is on.

I wish i had never went near this thing now.

Any ideas where i should be looking now. PCB 41?? Ignition Transformer??

PLEASE HELP!!!!
