I've followed this with interest from day one (not this thread, it's not worth following by the looks of the last 2 pages....)
One thing that strikes me is the lack of apology to Patrice Evra. Whether or not you believe Suarez to be guilty is irrelevant; he admitted to using certain words, and if you read the judgement from the FA you'll see that Kuyt and Comolli (sp?) both - apparently - mistranslated what Suarez said to them - despite them translating the same sentence from two different languages.
The t-shirt debacle, the insinuation that Evra has previous for accusing people of racism (he hasn't), and the ridiculous statements released from both the club & Luis Suarez have dragged Liverpool's good name into the gutter.
Evra wasn't right to celebrate in front of Suarez as he did, and Sir Alex Ferguson probably shouldn't be commenting on whether or not he should play for Liverpool again.
However you can't deny that it was Suarez that refused to shake Evra's hand and claim it was the other way around; if Suarez wanted to shake Evra's hand he would have done when Evra grabbed his arm.
The whole episode has been a massive embarrassment for Liverpool FC, and it wouldn't surprise me if both Suarez and 'King' Kenny Dalglish were no longer at LFC at the beginning of next season.
