Sumnmer house cable down the garden 3 core 4mm okay?

Got to power a summer house down the garden which is something like 70m lenght cable.

A 3 core 4mm cable would be adequate for standard use like heating during the winter and few utilities like laptop kettle etc etc.

impossible to know without the load

also would need to know whether the earth needs exporting or not

there is an equation for working out whether the sheathing can be used for the earth, or whether it needs to be one of the wires.

as a rough guide: using this calculator it indicates it should be 6mm based on a load of 4kw (kettle plus a few extra bits)
