Supply only of windows & Fensa

We are thinking of opening a trade counter to the public selling upvc roofing products like fascias soffits, gutters, trims etc.

We would like to sell windows and doors supply only to window fitters and joe public.

the question is, is it my responsibility to ensure the person buying the windows off me is Fensa registered?

Or does it not matter and its up to the purchaser to do with whatever he wants with the window?

I supply to the trade/public as well, I just mention that any windows and doors that are replaced now have to comply with building regs and should be done on a building notice.
