I've had the same installation of Tado and Ecotec boiler for about two years and have had no issues in that time, but at some point last night my boiler decided to keep the central heating on despite Tado being shut off (at least according to what the app was reporting to me).
I can turn the boiler off manually using the control on its front, but as soon as I turn it back on it fires up - despite all my thermostats being set to off.
Tado are apparently swamped with queries at the moment and will take a day or so to reply, so does anyone have any troubleshooting tips I can try before they do?
