My TalkTalk wifi went down last week, If anyone uses TalkTalk you will know how difficult it is to communicate (strange when they are a comms company).
They kept sending web links, I live in a very poor mobile rural internet area so I could not connect.
After three days I got to talk to someone, it was established that the black box (Sagemcom Router), was faulty & a new one would be supplied. Three days later the White (Eero Router) arrived, I contacted them & they said they don't supply Sagemcom router now & i could use the Eero, as the Eero only has 2 connections, I asked how do you connect a voip phone & direct ethernet connection to computer, the agent said there was no need as the wifi is so good. At this point I gave up.
I have borrowed another router & I am up and running, but just curious to know if anyone else just uses the Eero.
The password for Eero is stored in the app apparently so its not easy to give someone wifi access.

Do not bother with talktalk phone help. You are much better signing up to and joining the talktalk forum as there are people on there who are admins and work for talktalk and can organise sending out replacements and can also check the line for faults. There are also people on there who do not directly work for taltalk but are in direct touch with the admins. Post in the correct section full fibre by what you are saying.
For higher packages they send out the (better ! ) ero and for 150mbs they send out the sagecom - the phone agent is talking rubbish, you need to get on the taltalk fourm fro proper help and get them to send the HUB 2 .
The ero as far as I can see is rubbish because it relies on you having multiple ones around your house to relay the wifi - and only has 2 connections for direct cable to device. and if you also need phone then you need another phone adapter that will take up 1 of those inputs.
