Tape suitable for vinyl floor covering

Need to stick some "Polysafe" heavy duty non-slip vinyl floor covering down to a plywood base, but I need to do it in such a way that it can be removed if necessary to gain access to services under the floor below so I don't want to glue it. Some carpet tapes aren't suitable for vinyl, so can anyone recommend a product that might work?
