But when you read in to it, I think the tax dodge claim is a bit unfair. if you occasionally do bits of side work, no matter what you charge, you can hardly expect to go on the payroll for a few days. It makes sense to create a business for this. The fact is all business owners have the ability to pay dividends, RSUs etc. to reduce tax.
