Hi guys - help required - can anyone give me a ball park figure to quote for some new builds? Have 6 to do, 4 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 3 bedroom, both with 1 ensuite and bathroom, downstairs WC, lounge, dining room, kitchen, garage and outside light front and back (2 dbl sockets per room, four in kitchen, cooker point, 2 x fused spurs for appliances, phone point in bedroom, kitchen and lounge, light point in ach room with appropriate switching, extraction in bathroom, ensuite, cloaks and extractor supply in kitchen, combi boiler wiring and stat, light and socket in garage, testing and commisioning and wireless alarm install) labour only - HELP - never done a quote like thsi before - my father used to do it all before he passed away 6 months ago

If it is for labour only, then think how long each one is going to take you and then decide how much you want to be paid for your labour for that amount of hours - simples ! (including, maybe, some allowance for wear and tear of your own tools if being used)
