Texecom alarm won’t sound when armed

I’ve recently installed a premier elite 24 system and upon entry to the property there is no entry tone and the alarm won’t sound.

I get an exit tone, and when entering it says Area A arm etc but there is no sound on entry.

I have no door contacts and have the PIR on the entry hallway as entry/exit.

I have programmed via the keypad.

All PIRs pass a walk test, with a bell test also successful.

Could anyone give any advice on this issue

All active zones just have Area as A. in zone setup via the keypad.

Any other advice?

A correction to my original post - when I do the walk test via Engineer Utils it comes up with an error message of *NONE* but they have an LED on the PIR when walking past.

How are they wired ? Standard or resistors

Capture P15 PIRs. When I activate the PIR, and review zone status it goes from 000R to 04K680 so believe it is resistors?

Normally 2.2k closed 6.9k open …

I’ll have to look at the jumpers on one of the PIR tomorrow but don’t think I changed any from the box.

Is there any other cause of why I wouldn’t be getting any resistance when closed?

Missing EOL resistor (2k2)

Have you wired pirs with 4 or 6 cores?

Wired across A and B .? Instead of A and D ? At the detector?

Also check wiring type is set to double pole/ eol which is the default setting
