I have recently had installed a texecom alarm with the app which was great but we had to do a master reset when we installed a wireless keypad to get that to pair up and we lost all of the app etc.

We have got it all working again apart from the app and and it says the following

You have reached the maximum number of panels for the current payment plan.

I tried to register another account but it says this alarm is installed by a different engineer and locked to another account

Any ideas would be great. Even tried to erase app on phone and reinstall but no good.

You may want to review your user name, looks like you email address.

Contact Texecom,they should be able to sort out the Texecom connect mess.

Looks like registration problem, however panel should have not needed to re register the panel on the cloud, the registration goes off the guid which is unique to every panel.

Unfortunately don't have an end user account so can't be certain how it behaved.

Note: you shouldn't have the same user email address for the app, and for the cloud

Although I thought they had addressed that, as some tried this one the early days but never been an issue for us.
