First post...hoping this is obvious fix (but not to me!)

Just upgraded a 48W panel to 4.02 and that seemed to go fine.

Sent config back from Wintex as well.

Connected Connect unit up on com 1/2 and set wifi password to home network etc.

However I can't seem to access the UDL menu from the Keypad menu 7. Just get a loud beep from the alarm panel.

Tried everything, complete reset, tried without the connect box connected to com1/com2.

What am I missing?

Thanks for the speedy reply, using fob engineer menu press 7 it shows UDL/Digi Options.. Press Yes and get beep

Upgraded from 3.00. I can seem to get into every engineer menu except 7.

Can the connect be setup via Wintex?

crap, changed com port 1 to smart com and com port 2 to COMIP and sent config.

It asked to reconnect and now can't get in via cable and Wintex

Probably need to reset again!!

You will have to use the comm port plus on the comm2400 port if it's spare
Found my config corrupted when upgrading ( had to re program a new one )
To be honest not over impressed with the connect ...

Just reset and without sending my old config I can connect to menu 7 UDL.

Obviously something in the config was screwing it up..

Just connected via the app. so I know it's sort of working..

Just need to figure out which config screen was screwing it up!

By the way apparently the 48W can be flashed to the 64 firmware whereas the metal 48's cant, this will give a little more flexability, that's according to Texecom.

you could send a screen at a time and see where it falls over, I think I would just opt for checking in a new profile with the latest version of wintex to hand and update it manually. Then add the wireless? if you haven't already done so.
