Texecom UDL password wrong issue

Okay don’t think I can help you any more if wintex has the correct information in and you can no longer connect and could previously.

The probably with the system is com ip is its commutation with the app, ie sending out alerts and then trying to connect back in.

If the udl pass code is in wintex and correct internal ip address and your connecting internally with wintex shouldnt be a a problem unless com ip is sending messages out at the time you try and connect.

The app connection won’t work either if something else is connected to the panels com ip.

ok made some progress here. looks like the panel lost the fact that comip was setup on com1,
added that along with the ip addresses for comip as per the comip manual.
made the test call successfully.

so connection via app and wintex works.

issue now is i cant set the alarm cos of No ATS Available message and also a message Call alarm co for service - both i cant seem to find answers on,
