sorry thought you said you had cracked it (it was in the manual then?), you have resolved the fault, resolved the wireless keypad adding?
Sorry secureiam, I thought I'd responded to your post. Yes, I did resolve this and manage to add the keypad thanks. The methodology wasn't in the manual. Essentially it came down to entering the user and engineer codes twice each.

hmm so there were faults, and system alerts displayed if a keypad was connected entering the code the first time would scroll through the alerts the second would have taken you in to the menus user code user menu engineers code engineers menu.
