It is amazing and like me it is full of surprises and goodness
 
Duck breast tonight in the Mottie household. Served with creamy mash, tenderstem broccoli, roast carrots and my special sauce - water, stock cube, grated garlic, redcurrant jelly, balsamic vinegar and red wine, reduced down to a lovely, sticky jus.

OMG I have just had Mr Kipling cherry bakewell ice cream. Why does everybodys teas always beat mine
 
I was going to have 3 weetabix this morning just to spice it up a bit but I stuck with 4 :cool:

When I wanted a change as a kid, I sometimes spread my Weetabix with butter, instead of putting milk on them.
 
Weighed in this morning and to my horror I was 2 grams over my ideal weight. I am now coming out in a rash
