No way of telling for sure, he may be a sleeper, ready to act when the GIUSR's give the call. If he breaks cover then we will know, but then his operational usefulness will be limited. He may be part of an elite squad, undertaking intensive training to become a chippy or sparks. Even his family will not know where he is, for up to six weeks, while he completes them. Then, and only then, will he be able to stride out into the General Forum - His sole mission, to report back to the sainted CC.
