In a way, yes, he is wrong. He is just promoting brexit because that is what he wants.
Mind you, he is not as wrong as that stupid Conservative MP on Fiona's left, who said she voted remain (presumably because she thought that the best for the country) but because of the referendum is now trying to implement brexit (presumably what she thinks is NOT best for the country). Hypocrite.
We may just as well decide everything by internet polls.
I have said before, imagine that Cameron had mistakenly introduced a referendum on abolishing income tax and, say, 95% had voted to abolish it.
