I think that estate agents and so called Property Managements are ripping off Landlords and have created a monoply unto themselfs.

I think the law should be changed on this one, as all the estate agents and property management mark up the price making themselfs lots of dosh and as usual the worker suffers through their greed. The Landlord gets invoiced at a high cost but they are scammed into thinking that a gas check as to be done through these scam merchants.

I always invoice landlords direct. They get my true cost, I don't get kept waiting for payment ;)

Yea thats ok if your working for single landlords but the amount of landlords that go through these so called property management scams is unbeilvable (if only they new my prices) but never mind they can afford it.
But this is not what i am moaning about, it is the monoply these scam merchants are building up and dictating prices.

I agree with you Bob. I don't like working for these sort of companies they are so fickle, flood you with work one minute and drop you like a brick the next. Last time they asked for a copy of my corgi card I was in one of those elongated periods without one (as I am now since 1st January despite paying for a replacement). Gladly that seemed to do the trick. Estate agents, who needs 'em?

If corgi could organise an efficient way of geting cards out I'd be more impressed with them as an organisation.

I might aswell not re register and just wing it for all the good having a corgi card does.

I do certs for a property management firm, 1/2 dozen every sat morning, any breakdowns or service in the week or evening, in fact just come off a transco cap off now. Invoice to prop man, got me wondering now.
