.........right again ;) the lead can be lifted/replaced if it`s not old and perished .....look@ slates underneath and replace if cracked...........I`d be inclined to use lead mastic to seal under lead to the slates and stop the wind...because the only alternative is to renew with wider sheet and re detail the fixings .......obviously more ££££and still not a guaranteed fix.........so in this case a mastic seal would be appropriate ;) biggest expence is safe access to work on ridge
