The last word....

There are two things that are more difficult than making an after-dinner speech: climbing a wall which is leaning toward you and kissing a girl who is leaning away from you.

What non-de- plumb is he using.

You only get back what you have put in.

(I didn't know he used a nom de plume. French for pen-name)

My favorite WC quote when he got home late and he was met by his housekeeper in the hallway:
HK "Sir, you are drunk"
WC "Madam, you are ugly and in the morning I'll be sober"

I know its plume, bit of literary license.Didn't he say that to Lady Astor, whom he couldn't stand.

assuming the last word is sober

Staying sober is often the wisest decision.

once reversed there is no turning back.....it could be a decision that you regret .

Life is to short to worry about a regret, the regret could be not having done enough

Some people regard private enterprise as a predatory tiger to be shot. Others look on it as a cow they can milk. Not enough people see it as a healthy horse, pulling a sturdy wagon.

Winston Churchill, again.

It is not enough just to live for yourself, its what you give that counts.
