Well done Admin, bout time the site was bought into the 21st century..

One thing though..my Junk mail has started to increase..how can I make sure sure my email address is private?

Just opened one from www.getyourloadoff.co.uk..I thought it was a waste disposal company...

How about some new icons while your at it?

Regarding email privacy; The only way a 3rd party would obtain your email address from DIYnot is if you made your email address public before on your profile (which by default it isn't). With the new profile system there is actually a completely separate field for an email address should you wish to list one publicly, which can be the same or different to your registered email, it's up to you!

It hasn't changed as a result of this new setup though, which is what this post was about. The search is something we're working on to improve though.
