I've tried my best to design the project such that it doesn't commit any major sins. Its a ground floor and part first floor extension. I've staggered the gf portion back 2m to aboid terracing effect, staggered the ff back 8m to avoid any light issues for my neighnours and left 1m side access between me and the same neighbour.
Hopefully this should be enough but who knows whether the planners might have other 'material considerations'
I spoke to the CO today who has asked me to ring him back on Tuesday when he will be able to give me some feedback.
