"Britain can decide to withdraw its notification to leave the EU without seeking permission of other remaining member states, according to advice to judges at the European Court of Justice that represents a significant success for anti-Brexit campaigners.
In an opinion on a landmark case that contradicts legal arguments made by Britain and other EU institutions, an advocate general to Europe’s highest court on Tuesday said that judges should allow for the unilateral revocation of the Article 50 exit clause, which was invoked by the UK in 2017.
The non-binding opinion comes a week after anti-Brexit campaigners, led by a group of Scottish MEPs, went to the court to argue for the UK’s right to cancel a two-year exit process. The views of advocates general are followed in the majority of rulings."

Of course, Parliament has the right to decide, or not to decide, if it will make such a decision, but it seems that Theresa is mistaken in saying that Britain has no right to do it. It's strange that our PM should be claiming our nation's hands are tied. Almost as if she wants to prevent the Will of the People from being heard or acted upon.
