I visit the US every year but the problem in the US is religion and the way its abused and used to contral and manipulate the public. Case in point abortion.

The Republicans will strip everything away from the public but say we are with you on abortion and get votes - yet the democrats will offer fairer taxation and represenation but that comes with allowing abortion. It's mental you get people who can't breathe, needing healthcare who are actively voting to end the healthcare provision they get as they are lied to and manipulated.

The US is a great country its just a shame it could be even greater. The same applies to the UK, love this country but hate the people who run it.

This is equal to taking the examples of Fred West and Peter Sutcliffe as a basis for saying that there are large swathes of Britain suffering a constant stream of truck-driving murdering rapists passing your house every night.

No it wouldn't because that is not true. Comparing the US RWR with others of the same ilk is a fair comparison.
There is no great a threat of death in the US presently than that from right wing terrorists.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you for some proof of these allegations Noseall. Can you provide details of some of these cases? And when I say some, I mean enough to substantiate the quantity you describe as "large swathes". Are there just a small handful of extreme Fred West / Peter Sutcliffe types or is there large scale organised abuse such as we see over here with the muslim grooming gangs?

Also, you mention right wing terrorism in the same posts as you mention these abortion / rape / forced marriage cases. Are you saying that the perpetrators are right-wing and if so how are they right-wing? Furthermore, what terrorism has been committed or planned by them?

There is a gas shortage in Europe, but the difference is, in Europe it’s a manageable problem in the UK it’s a serious crisis. ( same as lorry drivers, same as supply chain probs)

the reasons are various: fuel mix in UK, a rubbish govt who has ignored the impending crisis (Martin Lewis was asking the govt last May) and Brexit - UK is not a major market any more.
