some handy pointers on these sights to get you out if a parking fine !

They had one of these documentaries on tele recently about people trying to get off their parking tickets. Every one of them came over as an obnoxious twot who seemed to think the world revolved around them and them alone. If we didn't have traffic parking rules the centres of our cities would be completely stuffed, but these are the sorts of people who think rules which make society work a little better only apply to others.

Our local council has cause a bit of controversy, by stating that in the future they will charge £40 to empty the brown recycling bin. Adding that anyone who doesn't want to pay the charge is free to put their garden waste in the black bin (for which there will be no charge)
As the council already provide the waste services (including the brown bin) at no extra cost, I'm totally perplexed as to why they should want to introduce this extra charge, then tell people they can chuck their garden waste in the bliack bin for free. Councillors don't seem to live on the same planet.

Although they are just after your money for whatever ,there is one fine I agree with and that is litter...in fact I would make it a £200 on the spot fine

Where does your s**t end up?

NOT over your f*cking fence, that's for sure. ;)

Aye, can't deny you pay for it to be flushed out to sea. Only to come back onto the beach, complete with less degradeable 'items'.

Maybe improving a bit now, but man is the worst polluter. He doesn't even bother to bury it.
