I thought it would have been obvious that I chose a weak example of libby's criminality, and, despite the weakness, that it's incontrovertible; if you want to challenge it then please do - there are others. I just don't see the point of using a sledgehammer to crack a nut.

There was an article in the MOS today about people doing as Libby did, buying a car and insuring it in her name with the daughter as named driver. The point was if the main driver on the policy rarely or never used the car it is fraud.
