There was no suggestion of a crime being reported in the video presented by sillyboy.I'm not going to pander to you. If you had actually watched the footage, you would already know the answers to your questions.
The fact that you asked them at all just proves my point that you are arguing for the sake of it because you don't even know what happened.
Wasn't the inquiry result decided that there was a poor search of that attacker, by an inexperienced officer?
You obviously don't understand claustrophobia.
It can cause timid people to turn extremely violent.
If a trained policeman can't restrain a handcuffed

Is it a comparable set of circumstances? I think not
It was about an unrelated incident and not relevant to the discussion. This is a new documentary with unused footage
Where is this evidence?I don't think George fully understood claustrophobia either, he didn't appear to suffer from it in his sisters car.

There was no mention of who called the police.
There was no mention of the shopkeeper giving evidence.
There was no mention of what happened to the other guy.
There was no explanation why two guys who had supposedly just committed a crime were loungeing around waiting for the cops to arrive.
So I thought I'd ask someone who appeared to be familiar with the case. But you answered.
Maybe someone who is familiar with the case could answer my questions.
Or they could do what they normally do and swerve.
That doesn't answer any of my original questions, nor does it address your new claim that he was OK in his sister's car.The video was a bodycam recording of the arrest only, the bodycam, for obvious reasons, isn't going to display what happened prior to the bodycam wearer arriving on the scene.
That info is documented elsewhere.
What crime?
Who called the cops?
Did the shopkeeeper give evidence?
There were two guys outside the shop, but they targetted George Floyd, who was sitting in the car, minding his own business. What happened to the other one?
Do you think that if one of these two guys had just committed a crime they'd wait around for the police to arrive?

He was sitiing in the drivers seat minding his own business. There's no suggestion that he was the one suspected of a crime.
And handcuffs can bring on claustrophobia.
It is beginning to look like they did target George Floyd because the other two weren't mentioned at all.

The comms message made no mention of who had used the fake note.Store Clerk Who Took George Floyd's Possibly Fake $20 Wished He Hadn't
"If I would have just not taken the bill this could have been avoided," 19-year-old Christopher Martin testified on Wednesday.www.newsweek.com
The 19-year-old store clerk who cashed out George Floyd moments before his death testified during the trial of ex-Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin about feeling guilty after their interaction.
Christopher Martin, who worked at the Cut Foods where Floyd was accused of using a counterfeit $20 bill, said on Wednesday he felt "disbelief and guilt" when he came out of the store and saw Chauvin kneeling on Floyd's neck.
Asked why he felt guilt, Martin said: "If I would have just not taken the bill this could have been avoided."
The teenager detailed to the court about his interaction with Floyd on May 25, 2020. Martin said that, at the time, he had been working at store for four months and lived in the apartments above Cut Foods with his mother and sister.
He explained that the store had a policy by which if an employee accepted a counterfeit bill, that money would then be taken out of their paycheck.
In surveillance footage, Martin is seen holding the bill, which he described as having a blue tint, up to the light before he accepted it in exchange for the tobacco products Floyd purchased.
However, upon further consideration, Martin said he thought the bill was fake but Floyd had already left the store and gotten into his car. He said he told his manager, who instructed him to ask Floyd to return to the store.
Martin approached the car with another co-worker and asked Floyd to come back into the store. When Floyd refused, Martin went back and told his manager he would take care of the $20 himself but was instructed to try again.
The clerk went back to Floyd's vehicle with two other employees but was unsuccessful again. Upon hearing the news, his manager asked his staff to call the police.
Once the police arrived, Martin said he came out of the Cut Foods to see what was happening.
"I saw people yelling and screaming," he told the jury on the third day of the trial. "I saw Derek with his knee on George's neck."
Martin said he immediately called his mom and told her not to come downstairs and then began recording the incident on his phone. He admitted to deleting the footage that night because he assumed that Floyd had died when the ambulance carried Floyd drove down East 38th Street instead of Chicago Avenue.
"If you live in South Minneapolis, the easiest way to get to the hospital would have been straight on Chicago," Martin said on Wednesday.
He said he quit shortly after Floyd's death because he didn't feel safe working at the store.
Perhaps you'd like to share this video? In the footage I saw, it showed two employees of the shop go over to the car and ask Floyd for the cigarettes back that he had bought using counterfeit bills. He refused so they went back into the shop and phoned the Police giving them a detailed description of the car and Floyd.
That's settled it then.I've just checked with Mrs filly, she says not.
Watching one of those Police 999 shows with my wife last night it occurred to me that if I was ever arrested, I'd struggle with having my hands handcuffed behind my back as I'm quite claustrophobic and freak out if I get my arms caught in a shirt. I'm not planning on being arrested but it got me wondering what would happen if someone starts having a panic attack or something when they're cuffed.
When I was in the military, oversuits and gas masks could trigger claustrophobic panic attacks. Usually I would try to calm down, breathe, and think about something else, but that's hard to do when you are in urgency.
I don't necessarily feel uneasy around elevators. In fact, I find the odd tickle of the elevator going up and down to be relaxing. But I dread riding in vehicles. like if I'm in the backseat, sometimes I'm fine. but if there's say, four other people with me, I loose my ****. My kind always goes to "what if you have to get out? you cant just j7mp out in a moving vehicle!" And then I feel trapped. Especially when I'm in the passenger side for some odd reason. I feel like they can see that i am freaking out, or that they'll say something to me. this has escalated so badly that I never buckle my seat belt anymore, which is beyond dangerous, I know. I have to lean the seat quite a ways back, and have nobody sit behind my chair. I used to be fine with another person in the back with me, but now, I won't handle that. Speed is also a factor in my panic attacks: too slow and I freak out, too fast and my heart is pounding out if my chest, or even winding roads that have lots of fluid motion to it makes me panic. I really don't know where this came from, but I do know that it isn't okay for it to ruin my life anymore. I want to be able to 'tag along' or invite friends to go somewhere because i know it will be fun. Welp, sorry for the giant wall of text, I just needed to get that off my mind and hopefully connect to someone that knows how this feels.
can (mostly) handle tight spaces. but if wear something that is tight i can get claustrofobic. One time my mother grabbed my finger very tight and wouldnt let go. Never panicked so bad..
i only get claustraphobic when i cant move my arms or legs much. Im fine in a room, but i need at least an arms length of space around me
