Well no

But if there is an opportunity to play the race card it helps the case ?? If thrown into the mix ?
Derek Chauvin had a violent history against black people.
Is that playing the race card, or just factually history?

Unfortunately this is true in employment law.
Total nonsense.
I was totally exhonerated from racial discrimination in a tribunal, where I was accused od treating someone differently because they were a different ethnicity.

But you can't tell what is racial discrimination and what isn't. So your opinion is less that worthless, it's pointless chaff.

I don't believe he was murdered
Carry on with your delusion. No-one is bothered.
Derek Chauvin was convicted of murder. Your belief is of no concern. Other than to convince others that you're deluded.

You don’t want to believe he was murdered, because that fits your bias

Youve not provided any evidence to prove he wasn’t murdered, you’ve just claimed things which don’t fit the circumstances

you said George Floyd was “violent and resisting arrest” - but he was handcuffed and lying face down for the period when he died

you seem want to avoid discussing Derek Chauvins large number of previous complaints which give the impression of a violent man

Do you think you are taking an objective view?
