Tigerloop problem

It's a 10 min job changing the non-return valve for a straight connector

Please don't say you been playing with buckets and bits of pipe for 2 days.

Wondering if I have a Tigerloop issue. 4YO Miller CMF80 2 with AF-15 Beckett was starting to make squeaking noises back in May of this year. Burner tech from my oil company came and found chewed up plastic motor-to-pump coupler. Changed coupler several times seeming to diminish noise but never eliminating it. I turned off for summer and now just turned back on again ... now nothing but solid loud hum and motor does not spin. Squirrel cage that coupler spins with is not frozen but seems harder than normal to turn by hand. Motor gets hot when touching its case by hand just going through start-up sequence. Pump turns ok by hand. Trying to get a warranty Beckett motor as it appears they are covered for 60 months and not finding too easy. Also wondering why coupler problems with such a new furnace. Have a Tigerloop about 20 inches below furnace in oil feed line that has run for several years very nicely with this relatively new furnace. About 30' to 275 gal oil tank in basement which is about 10' below furnace. Been cold for a week now .. freezing my tootsies off :) Wonder if Tiger causing coupler damage by impeding pump throughput? Or what the heck else. Furnace works sweet when operating correctly.
