Morning all.
Doing an extension with a low pitch roof ( 15 degrees ).
Believe it or not I've never laid plain interlocking tiles and wasn't sure on the layout.
I will stagger each line ( like brickwork ) but wasn't sure if I needed a tile and a halves to start me off, and round the two veluxs, was thinking of cutting a tile in half to start the bond so to speak.. Obviously no need for eave tiles under first row.
The other thing was the flashing kit for the veluxs, as I said the pitch is 15 degrees and the tiles are plain.
I done my research on velux website and it recommends the EDW kit which goes down to 15 degrees, the only thing I didn't get was this kit has pre-
formed lead on the bottom? But It's not a profiled tile?
Any help would be appreciated.
