Hi, advice needed please. Got a new roof late last year. The tiles are Marley Old English. With the roof being done in the winter (a lot of rain) I didn't really notice that a lot of darker tiles were put on one side (on the front roof of the house). I spoke to one of the roofers on the last day and he moved a couple of the dark tiles for me but it still looks odd. He did complain when I first asked him and told me to take it up with his boss. Later on I went in my loft and noticed that some of the felt (Cromar) was ripped, where he'd moved tiles so I got his boss to come back. He basically taped up the rips but told me he can't swap any tiles around as it would rip more felt.
As time's gone on, the more I look at the roof, the more it annoys me. I understand these tiles are red with dark streaks in and I'm not expecting a symmetrical looking roof but surely, tiles can be moved around as I know broken tiles can be swapped. I'm thinking of getting someone else in to swap some tiles around

so it looks a bit more uniform but I'm concerned about the felt getting ripped. Any advice please ?

Looks to me like they were a wee bit overzealous when trapping the verge tiles down, with the dry verge units. The opposite side to the tile, is kicking up.
