Hi Guys

Possibly a very stupid question, so apologies in advance. I intend putting down a tiled floor in preparation for a new kitchen. I have parquet flooring in the hall, which leads into the kitchen. The kitchen is presently floorboards, so I'll have to put ply down on top of them, then lay the tiles. Problem I can see is that this is going to raise the floor level of the kitchen above the hall. I know you can get trims to join different floors, but how do I mask the level change, or make it more aesthetically pleasing?

you might try a stansition board the same colour as your parquet flooring
